Making Change Happen_AIG

This course is about how you, as a leader, can move your people and the organization through the change process. This is not a course about the step-by-step mechanics of change, because it’s often not the mechanics of change that are challenging for leaders. Rather, the challenge leaders face is helping their people through the psychological transition—moving from the current state to the future state. The phenomenon of change doesn’t need managing as much as the people involved in it. So, your leader role is to help them make that transition from the current state to the future state.
